| Universal Controls Group (UCG) and their partner ERWTech, a leading manufacturer of tube mill equipment, deliver high-quality, reliable and economical tube mill lines to North and South American markets. With over six years of collaboration, UCG has contributed to both mechanical and electrical design enhancements, ensuring ERWTech machinery and controls are optimized for our customers’ needs. The equipment is built in Turkey and shipped to our Perrysburg, Ohio facility. This serves as the hub for equipment testing, final assembly, and support. UCG engineers and service technicians, fully trained by ERWTech, conduct rigorous testing of controls, motors, drives, and mechanical components before shipment. This hands-on expertise allows us to efficiently manage start-up, installation, training, and ongoing support for every system we supply. To date, UCG has installed and serviced over forty ERWTech cold saws, over twenty welders, entry systems, and nine complete tube mill lines in the U.S., with additional systems scheduled for delivery. Our in-house mechanical shop provides inspections, rebuilds, and fabrication services, while our large spare parts inventory ensures quick service and minimal downtime.
