Closed Loop cut cycle is standard for all U-TRAK. The Closed-loop system uses a controller to automatically synchronize the speed of the die set with the tube or rollformed part. All operations of the die accelerator and press interlocks are controlled by a single control console. Optional encoder mounting with upper and lower roll floating adjustment.
Motors are sized according to die set weight, travel distance and mill speed required. Ball Screw die accelerators can be fitted for new presses or existing presses.
